Brock Summers, M.D.
Dr. Summers has been a practicing Psychiatrist in the Los Angeles area since 1993 after completing his psychiatry residency and fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at LAC and USC Medical Centers. Board-certified, Dr. Summers specializes in the outpatient medical treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD in adults. He is also a staff psychiatrist at Southwestern Research, Inc., serving as a Principal Investigator in neuroscience clinical trials research since 2002.
He also lectures frequently in the community to physicians and other health care professionals regarding psychiatric disorders.
In his free time, Dr. Summers enjoys performing on the saxophone, cooking, baking, traveling, doing handstands, and hosting dinner parties for his friends and family with his lifelong partner, the highly acclaimed composer and pianist, Paul Anthony Romero.
